What can I say other than I got an awesome house! I was buying in a really competitive market and put in a lot of offers but was beat out multiple times. Dirk found a property about to hit the market that fit all of my criteria. I was able to see it before it came to market and go under contract shortly after. Dirk worked quickly and efficiently as our seller’s agent during the Christmas holidays to get our house listed the first weekend in January. The one thing that sets him apart is his response time — it didn’t matter if I called, texted or emailed, he always responded quickly from as early as 7am to as late as 11pm. None of the other agents I have worked with come close to the attention and dedication you will get from Dirk.
